Boston Bombers Spared ''Chinese'' Mercedes Owner Because He Was a ''Chinese'' man

“They asked me where I’m from. I told them I’m Chinese,” WBUR quoted
the man, who did not want his name revealed, as saying in an
interview. “I was very scared. I asked them if they were going to hurt
me. They said they won’t hurt me. I was thinking, ‘I think they will
kill me later.’ ”
Boston Marathon bombers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev hijacked a Mercedes on Friday morning during their final killing spree. The car owner told the two men that he was "Chinese"  and escaped the hijacking after he withdrew US $800 at an ATM for the terrorists. The "Chinese" owner later told police he was spared because he was not American but Chinese. Was he from Taiwan or China or Singapore or Malaysia or where? What is his name? A CHINESE man who police said was held captive by the Boston Marathon bombing suspects after a carjacking said Monday he was shaken to the core by the experience.

Investigators said Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev carjacked the CHINESE man Thursday night.

The carjacking victim, who said he IS CHINESE doesn't want to be identified BY NAME, said that he thought he would die before he took advantage of a brief opportunity to escape.

Police said the man was carjacked shortly after Massachusetts Institute of Technology police Officer Sean Collier was killed. The man said he was in his car on the side of a road about 11 p.m. when a man holding a gun approached his passenger-side window.
"The man asked if I knew about the Boston bomb explosion," the victim said. "He said, "I did that.'"
According to court documents released Monday, "The man with a gun forced the victim to drive to a second location, where they picked up a second man. The two men put something in the trunk of the victim's vehicle."
The contents are thought to be the ammunition and explosives used in a battle with police later that night.
The carjacking victim said was forced into the front passenger seat as one brother drove.
"They asked me where I'm from. I told them I'm Chinese," the man said. "I was very scared. I asked them if they were going to hurt me. They said they won't hurt me. I was thinking, 'I think they will kill me later.'"
But if that was their plan, they wouldn't get the chance. The carjacking victim said his car was running out of gas, so the men needed to fill up.
